This style of movement includes All-Level Vinyasa flows which include track 1, 2, and 3 to accommodate for all levels. Completing Bernie Clark's Yin training with Semperviva in Vancouver, Canada in May 2016 this style of teaching slows everything down. Students walk away from Yin classes with a heightened sense of awareness and deeper connection with the self. Focusing on breath, playing edges, and delving into deeper spaces within our consciousness and body. Led into primarily seated postures from 5-15 minutes at a time. Classes end with a Yoga Nidra style guided body scan. Class lengths include either 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes.
