As a registered Yoga Alliance RYT-200 Yoga Fitness Instructor, I create personalized yoga flows to suit any level, age, or body type depending on individuals short or long term emotional and physical goals. I teach various styles of yoga including Vinyasa Flow, Yin/Yang, Yin, and Yin Restorative forms of yoga.
